I have had the pleasure of training with Reid for the last two years. I can honestly say, that making the decision to partner with Reid on my fitness has been the single most impactful thing I have done.

Looking at the numbers, I dropped 40lbs. I added 18lbs of lean muscle and dropped four pant sizes. I did the work. Reid built the programming.

The most important question you need to ask yourself before working with Reid is, "Are you really ready? Are you really ready to give 100%?" Because I promise you he is. Do not waste this opportunity by not giving everything you've got.

Reid comes with more than just the physical. He's there to support you emotionally as well. Because this stuff is hard. There are good days and bad days and that man is there all the time. Unless he's driving.

I've also had the pleasure of watching Reid from a different angle. He has worked with my son twice a week for well over a year. The changes in his strength and in his approach to physical fitness is incredibly noticeable. Parents ask me all the time why my son is bigger & stronger than the rest of the kids. It's because of Reid.

I began training with Reid in February 2024. At our first meeting, I told him that I had a big birthday coming up and my main goal was really quite shallow but that I understood the benefits of weightlifting as we age. He didn't judge me, simply asked "are you ready to put in the work?"

Soon days of training turned into months and Reid has become so much more than my trainer; he does double duty as my therapist and triple duty as my friend. When he asked if I was ready to put in the work, it was because he was not going to go easy on me. He asks how the weight is, and I usually tell him "I can do more" - because I can, and because I don't want to let him down. He gives his all for me, the least I can do in return is give my all for me!

Reid has been an incredible personal trainer! I started working with Reid when I was at a really low point in my life, and wasn't very optimistic or happy with my appearance and the idea of working out seemed grueling.

He helped me moved past my mental blocks around working out by encouraging me and keeping a good steady pace where I was always improving and challenged but never overwhelmed. He is very knowledgeable, and has taught me proper technique. I now look forward to working out every day! I've lost around 40 lbs, gained a lot of muscle definition, and finally feel proud with my shirt off.

Reid is also a good listener and has also been very supportive of my goals, and helping me reach them. He has been a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!
