Through unconventional training methods combined with an emphasis on mental health, I've cultivated a unique and inclusive community. Using knowledge from some of the strongest people on the planet, I work with clients from all levels of fitness—beginners, seasoned athletes, and people battling major illness.
I utilize optimal phasing programming to challenge my clients and help them develop a stronger, deeper connection with their bodies. I'm what you'd call an aggressive coach—I'll push you while holding you accountable to your goals, but always with compassion and firmness balanced together.

Overcoming several brain and spinal injuries from 2009 I have been able to strengthen my body and mind far more deeply than before those injuries to truly instill in myself as well as others that our only limitation is time. From improved mobility and an added 25 lbs of lean muscle mass since I was able to train again in 2016 I believe that I'm just getting started to see what I myself and others are capable of.
